NEOCP Activity on 14 August '09
The MPC's NEO Confirmation Page has 5 listings: 1 new, 4 updated
When last checked at 2358 UTC today, the Minor Planet Center's Near Earth Object discovery Confirmation Page (NEOCP) had one new and four updated listings. Of these, four were "one nighters." So far The Tracking News has counted a total of six listings on the NEOCP at some point today.

- K09P00Y 2009 PY was discovered at 1317 UT on 13 Aug. by the Siding Spring Survey (SSS), which observed it at Aug. 13.55-57p3, 13.64p1, and 14.46p2. The discovery was confirmed by K. Hills via RAS Obs. Moorook (Aug. 13.68-71p6).
