The MPC's NEO Confirmation Page has 8 listings: 4 new, 4 updated
When last checked at 2359 UTC today, the Minor Planet Center's NEO discovery Confirmation Page (NEOCP) had four new and four updated listings. Of these, seven were "one nighters." So far The Tracking News has counted a total of 20 objects listed on the NEOCP at some point today.

- K08U92B 2008 UB92 (risk-listed, Earth MOID=5.8 LD, H=24.9 ~35m) was discovered at 0829 UT on 29 Oct. by the Mt. Lemmon Survey (MLS), which observed it at Oct. 29.35-37p4 and 29.42-44p4. The discovery was confirmed by Magdalena Ridge Obs. (MRO) (Oct. 29.40-41p4). This object was within ten lunar distances (LD) of Earth, reaching 7.5 LD on 21 Oct.
MPEC 2008-U87 - "14:42 UT" - 2008 UA92
- K08U92A 2008 UA92 (risk-listed, H=27.5 ~11m) was discovered at 1055 UT on 28 Oct. by MLS, which observed it at Oct. 28.41-46p12 and 29.46-47p3.
MPEC 2008-U86 - "14:38 UT" - 2008 UZ91
- K08U91Z 2008 UZ91 (small asteroid, H=22.2 ~123m) was discovered at 0702 UT on 28 Oct. by MLS, which observed it at Oct. 28.29-31p4 and 28.41-42p4. The discovery was confirmed by MRO (Oct. 28.41-42p4 & 29.38-39p4) and Spacewatch 1.8m (Oct. 29.42-43p3).
MPEC 2008-U85 - "14:35 UT" - 2008 UY91
- K08U91Y 2008 UY91 (risk-listed, H=24.1 ~51m) was discovered at 0517 UT on 28 Oct. by MLS, which observed it at Oct. 28.22-24p4 at V=21.3-22.0 and 28.31-32p4 at V=21.6-22.1. The discovery was confirmed by MRO (Oct. 28.33-34p5).
MPEC 2008-U84 - "14:31 UT" - 2008 UX91
- K08U91X 2008 UX91 (small asteroid, H=24.0 ~54m) was discovered at 0517 UT on 28 Oct. by MLS, which observed it at Oct. 28.22-24p4 and 28.31-32p4. The discovery was confirmed by MRO (Oct. 28.38-39p4 & 29.31-32p4) and Spacewatch 1.8m (Oct. 29.21-22p3).
MPEC 2008-U83 - "14:23 UT" - 2008 UW91
- K08U91W 2008 UW91 (Earth MOID=8.4 LD, H=21.6 ~162m) was discovered at 0406 UT on 28 Oct. by MLS, which observed it at Oct. 28.17-19p4 at V=20.2-21.4, 28.31-32p4 at V=21.4-22.1, and 29.31-33p4 at V=20.7-21.2. The discovery was confirmed by MRO (Oct. 28.25p5 & 29.29-30p4) and Spacewatch 1.8m (Oct. 29.20-21p2).
MPEC 2008-U82 - "14:20 UT" - 2008 UV91
- K08U91V 2008 UV91 (risk-listed, H=19.9 ~355m) was discovered at 0327 UT on 28 Oct. by MLS, which observed it at Oct. 28.14-19p8 and 29.16-18p3. The discovery was confirmed by Spacewatch 1.8m (Oct. 29.11p3).

An impact solution, also known as a "virtual impactor" (VI), is not a prediction but rather a possibility derived from a variant orbit calculation that cannot be eliminated yet based on the existing data. Elimination can come quickly with just a little further observation or may take weeks or months, sometimes years.
